Whether you are a company, community or social group Happy Heart Weekend is a great opportunity to raise funds for a vital cause as well as an excuse to organise a social gathering and have FUN!

Wear Red Day.

Choose a date (Thursday 13th or Friday 14th May) to wear red in the office or school and donate €2 each to a collection.
Tea or Coffee Morning.

Come together for social cuppa! Pick a time and write on your Event Poster to tell everyone about it. Encourage people to bring along some treats!
Get Active!

Organise a sponsored walk in your area with a group of friends or colleagues. For ideas see your local Sli na Sláinte routes
Table Quiz

Draw up a list of questions and nominate a quiz master for a fun night in a local venue. Ask local businesses for sponsored prizes and hold a raffle before the winner is announced!
